Communications Manager Olivia Ross-Wilson to leave Ingka Group

After 10 years with Ingka Group, Olivia Ross-Wilson will leave her role as Communication Manager to pursue her career outside of IKEA. She will join Volvo Cars in December 2021, where she will take up the role as Head of Communications.

Olivia joined IKEA Group (now Ingka Group) as Head of Sustainability Communications in 2011, and in 2016 she stepped into the role as Communication Manager. She has been a driving force in positioning IKEA as a trusted brand across all countries where Ingka Group operates and has transformed the IKEA positioning ambitions around Life at Home, Sustainability and Equality.

“It has been a genuine honour and privilege to be inside IKEA for the past decade and to have worked alongside so many incredible people, whom I have learned so much from. I joined IKEA because I was truly inspired by the vision, people, and potential this amazing brand and company has, and remain so to this day,” says Olivia.

We thank Olivia for the work she has done and wish her all the best for her future. Her successor will be announced at a later stage.
