Melisa brings nearly 19 years of IKEA experience, with a background spanning customer service, sales, market leadership and global functions. She began her IKEA journey in the U.S. and has held several roles across the organisation. Most recently, she worked as Deputy CEO & CFO Management Assistant in the Netherlands.
With a strong understanding of the IKEA value chain and a people-centred leadership approach, Melisa is passionate about enabling leaders and teams to perform at their best and deliver to the business.
