Equitix invests in innovative infrastructure, including desalination technology that turns seawater into drinking water for water-stressed regions.
Quinbrook invests in low-carbon and renewable energy infrastructure, including building a platform of assets that turn wastewater from the dairy industry into energy and clean water.
Creating opportunities
Ocean 14 Capital invest in innovative companies that improve ocean health and address critical issues like overfishing, plastic pollution, and ecosystem preservation. One initiative provides job opportunities in coastal communities through a fishing net recycling program.
GEF Capital Partners invest in resource-efficient companies in sectors like clean energy and waste management, including a company working to upskill the US solar workforce to assist in the low-carbon transition.
MVI, based in Stockholm, invests in the areas of social change, digitalisation, and circularity, partnering with founders and management to accelerate growth and create societal impact.
Enabling affordable housing
Fiera Infrastructure invests in social housing and infrastructure platforms, including providing supported accommodation for vulnerable UK residents.
Equitix develop and manage infrastructure projects including social housing in Ireland and student accommodation in Italy, with over 15,000 social housing dwellings and 16,500 student beds across its portfolio.
Vistria Group invests in the preservation, improvement, and production of affordable housing for low- and middle-income families in the US, and provides services to residents to strengthen their economic resilience.
