IWAY is also our foundation for protecting human rights in the supply chain. We expect our closest suppliers to fulfil not only the IWAY Must and Basic requirements, but also the Advanced and Excellent requirements for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (see requirements G 4.14–G 4.16 here).
