Cindy Andersen is Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer of Ingka Group | IKEA. She brings extensive experience in business leadership, strategy and organizational transformation, with a strong track record across both Ingka and Inter IKEA Group.
Cindy has worked for IKEA since 2008 in different roles across the full IKEA value chain. Prior to her current role, Cindy led Ingka Centres as Managing Director, developing the meeting place business and in addition also led the group’s Strategy, Development & Innovation function.
Cindy holds a Master’s degree from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Cindy lives in the Netherlands, has three children and a husband. She enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her family.
