Cindy Andersen is Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer of Ingka Group. She brings extensive experience in business leadership, strategy and organisational transformation, with a strong track record across both Ingka and Inter IKEA Group.
Cindy has worked for IKEA since 2008 in different roles across the IKEA value chain. Prior to her current role, she served as Managing Director of Ingka Centres, where she led the development of Ingka’s meeting place business. Before joining IKEA, among others, she worked for A.P. Moller-Maersk Group.
She holds a Master’s degree from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. She is one of Europe’s most prominent young female business leaders in real estate. Cindy is passionate about diversity and equal opportunities and is fully committed to take the lead in these important subjects.
Cindy lives close to Malmö with her husband and three children. She loves spending time with her family, hiking and running.
